Welding spatter:

Welding spatter has a lot to do with the welding process.

TIG (Inert Gas Shielded Tungsten Welding) has no spatter.

However, using GMAW (Gas Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and FCAW (Flux Arc Welding) welding processes can cause a lot of spatter if the welding parameters are not used properly.
