Xi'an 304 stainless steel plates are easy to clean. Washing them with soap or mild detergent and warm water, then rinsing with water is usually sufficient for household and construction equipment. If the stainless steel becomes very dirty and shows signs of discoloration, such as during periods of neglect or misuse, other cleaning methods can be used, as described below.

First, if it is a daily cleaning light pollution, you can use soap, detergent or diluted (1%) ammonia solution in warm water. Apply with a clean sponge, soft cloth or soft fiber brush, then rinse with clean water to dry.

If the surface of Xi'an 304 stainless steel plate has fingerprints, you can use detergent and warm water, or a hydrocarbon solvent; when there are oil and grease marks on the surface, you can use a hydrocarbon solvent (methylated spirit, isopropyl alcohol or acetone); Spots, stains and light discoloration, water marks and light rust stains can be applied with mild, scratch-free creams and polishes. Use a soft cloth or soft sponge to apply and rinse off with clean water and dry residue.

For local rust spots caused by carbon steel contamination, a proprietary gel or a 10% phosphoric acid solution (followed by an ammonia rinse) or an oxalic acid solution (followed by a water rinse) can be used; when there is burning food or carbon deposits on the surface, use Pre-heat soak in hot water with detergent or ammonia solution, and if necessary, remove deposits with a nylon brush and fine scrubbing powder. Repeat as necessary, and perform regular cleaning; when there are tea stains and oily deposits on the surface, use a hot solution of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) for cleaning.

If Xi'an 304 stainless steel plate has adhered hard scale and mortar or cement splash, you can neutralize it with a mild dilute ammonia solution, rinse it with clean water and dry it, or soak it in a 25% vinegar solution, and use a nylon brush to remove the sediment; When heated or heavy discoloration, non-scratch cream or polishing agent can be used for treatment; when a lot of deposits accumulate on the surface, a fine abrasive paste for car body repair can be used. After cutting and cleaning, remove all paste Feed and dry. When there is paint or graffiti on the stainless steel surface, a proprietary alkaline or solvent-based paint remover can be used, depending on the type of paint, using soft nylon or bristles on the patterned surface.
